The product itself is very good, have used it for many years and is one of the best aids for preventing infections.br /br /The 25.oz bottle goes a long way, you don't need to use much (follow instructions carefully on the bottle).br /br /Honestly, Dettol heals quickly, it's truly amazing! Worthy of 5 Star rating. :-)br /br /As for the actual UPS delivery?,, I am not happy with UPS services in my area, I followed the tracking of the order, it arrived within minutes of where I live at 9.am and in transit to be delivered on schedule but UPS decided to NOT deliver that small 25.oz bottle.br /br /I called UPS to explained that I urgently needed that Dettol to prevent infection and that it was scheduled to be delivered according to tracking information! UPS said they can't explain why it was not delivered on schedule, finally it arrived two days later. I feel that UPS services in my area are irresponsible and inconsiderate. The parcel was clearly labeled in red bold type (special parcel tape) to distinguish it as 'American.RX', meaning that it's for medicinal purposes.

Very poor service - J. Zhang -
The product itself is good, however, the service is REALLY POOR. Again, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!br /I placed the order on Jan 31, but received it on Mar 10!!! They did send the product few days after the order date, but somehow the package rerouted elsewhere (maybe their warehouse, i don't know). Only after I wrote an email asking them, they told me that the product was out of stock (Why no immediate notice to me?? Their reply date was Mar 2. I didn't believe they would let me know the product status unless I contacted them ). I emailed them that I didn't want the product any more. Then, they told me that they had sent the product out. They had already known that the product was delievered A MONTH LATER, buy they still chose the ground shipping which took one more week to be arrived!! What poor service!!!br /Definitely will not purchase from them anymore!
